Roll has the ability to automatically generate AND send repeating invoices. This is great for items such as monthly website hosting or retainer invoices. For smaller invoices, the ability to automatically generate and send the invoice is a big time saver. For larger invoices, that may need review before sending, you're able to generate the invoice and have Roll save this invoice as a draft automatically for review and sending manually when you're ready.
You're able to generate repeating invoices from the Financials area of Roll or the invoices tab of each individual project.
With repeating invoices, you can use the following fields to auto-populate information as needed. Please note that these are case sensitive.
You can also set an end date quickly and easily.
